Monday's assignment

In addition to finishing up our discussion of the nondelegation doctrine, we will cover the legislative veto (INS v. Chadha) and the Appointments Clause. With luck, we will get to Problem 8, which concerns the appointment of administrative patent judges. But we will defer our discussion of the removal power until Wednesday. Wednesday's assignment is likely to be the same as that set out in the assignment schedule, except that we will probably not get to the impeachment mateiral until the class after fall break. Thanks.
